What the Program Provides
Stipend & Pre-Seed Capital
Monthly stipend during exploration phase plus committed pre-seed investment of $150K–$300K when you're ready to incorporate.

A Day in the Life of an EIR
9:00 AM
Morning Standup — Brief sync with the tiphub investment team. Share learnings from yesterday's customer interviews, get feedback on market sizing assumptions.
10:00
Customer Discovery — Three calls scheduled with potential enterprise customers in Lagos. Testing B2B distribution hypothesis.
1:00 PM
Working Lunch — Informal session with a portfolio CEO who scaled a similar product. Real-talk about go-to-market in Francophone markets.
2:30 PM
Deep Work — Building prototype, refining financial model, or writing a thesis memo for next week's partner review.
5:00 PM
Networking / Events — Attend a tiphub-hosted founder dinner, meet LPs, or join a sector deep-dive session with the investment team.
Who We're Looking For
Experienced Operators
You've held VP+ or founding team roles at a high-growth startup. You know how to build and ship product, manage teams, and navigate ambiguity.
Repeat Founders
You've built before (successful or not) and have deep conviction about a new problem space in African markets you want to explore.
Domain Experts
You bring 10+ years in a specific vertical (health, energy, agriculture, finance) and see an opportunity to build a technology-first solution.
Diaspora Talent
You're in the global African Diaspora with experience at top tech companies and want to build something that bridges markets.
